Aos poucos...

...as grandes novidades vão se tornando menos frequentes, e ficando mesmo pros dias de final de semana. Por enquanto, minha rotina é a seguinte:

- Aula das 8:30 às 14:30 de segunda e quarta-feiras (1:30h de intervalo pro almoço)

- Aula das 10:00 às 17:20 de terça e quinta-feiras (3:00h de intervalo, não só pro almoço),

- Aula das 8:30 às 13:00 na sexta-feira.

Portanto, não é todo dia que sobra muito tempo livre (preciso estudar em algumas lacunas)... geralmente mais entre sexta e domingo. Por isso, prezados leitores... talvez eu deixe de escrever todo dia, mas não deixarei de escrever sobre todos os dias.

Como puderam perceber em meu último post, terça-feira foi um dia em que a saudade bateu forte... mas esse assunto fica para outro momento. Depois da aula da tarde teve “sessão pipoca” com o Eric, “Resident Assistant” da EF. Ele nos apresentou “Stomp the Yard”, um filme sobre HIP HOP cheio de musicalidade, dança, gírias, e um enredo pra lá de clichê. Mas valeu. Eu e mais dois brasileiros estivemos lá prestigiando-o.

Ontem, mais um dia de “Pizzada do BO” no almoço... no resto do dia um pouco de estudo... mas o legal foi descobrir, meio “acidentalmente”, pertinho de casa, uma grande loja de instrumentos musicais... a “SAM ASH”. Só passei em frente, mas ainda dedicarei boas horas a ela! Ah, e na Best Buy (também próxima de casa) tem uma “caverninha” de instrumentos musicais bacana, onde pude ver pela primeira vez um Roland AX-Synth, ou seja, que NÃO É MUDO (como os tecladinhos Polegar midi controllers usuais), mas tem um “sound generator”. Ainda dei uma passadinha no tal “DEL AMO FASHION MALL” (do lado de casa) pra ver os filmes em cartaz... “The Green Hornet 3D” em IMAX, mas não quis assistir sozinho. Fica pra outro dia. Yakissoba e mais “gororobas vegetarianas-indianas” no jantar, excelente!

Hoje, segunda oportunidade de curtir os tradicionais “DOLLAR DOGS”... só que, infelizmente, de novo meu prezado Bo ESQUECEU das salsichas de soja... tive que me contentar com “soda+chips for US$1,00”. Tudo bem, afinal de contas, café da manhã hoje foi mais tarde (aula às 10h) e REFORÇADO. Agora, estou relaxando um pouco na EF Residence antes de ir pra casa... amanhã começa outro final de semana, e algo me diz que será agitado.

Gradually the big news are becoming less frequent, and happening only at the weekends. For now, my routine is: Class from 8:30am to 2:30pm @ Mondays and Wednesdays (1:30 hour for lunch); class from 10am to 5:20pm @ Tuesdays and Thursdays (3 hours of intermission, not only for luch); class from 8:30am to 1pm @ Fridays. Therefore, it´s not always that I´ve got free time (I fill some blanks studying)… usually between Friday and Sunday. So, dear readers… maybe I´ll stop writing every day, but won´t stop to write about every day. As you could notice in my last post, Tuesday was a “homesick” day… but this subject will wait for another post. After noon´s class there was “HIP HOP MOVIE NIGHT” with Eric, EF Resident Assistant. He presented us “Stomp the Yard”, a movie about HIP HOP full of rhythm, dance, slangs, and a very cliché plot. But it was worth. Me and two Brazilians were there. Yesterday, another “Bo´s Pizza” for lunch… the rest of the day a little bit of study… but the cool stuff was to discover, “accidentally”, near home, a great musical instruments store… “SAM ASH”. I just passed in front of it, but certainly will spend some hours there! And at Best Buy (also near home) there is a good “musical instruments little cave”, where I could see, for the very first time, a Roland AX-Synth, that is NOT MUTE (as the usual midi controllers), but has a sound generator. In the way of home I passed through Del Amo Fashion Mall (very close to my home) to check it out the movies in theaters... “The Green Hornet 3D” in IMAX, but I didn´t want to watch ialone. Maybe another day. Yakissoba and other “vegetarian-indian” foods for dinner, excellent! Today, second chance to taste the traditional “Dollar Dogs”, but again, unfortunately, my dear friend Bo FORGOT the soy sausages… I had to settle for “soda+chips for US$1,00”. OK, after all, breakfast was later today (my class begins @ 10am) and REINFORCED. Now, I´m chilling out @ EF Residence before going home… tomorrow another weekend begins, and something tells me it will be hectic.
